Falcon 20F-5BR SN 474, N1HF
1988 year-model with only 5683 hours!
By far, the newest, lowest-time 20F-5 on the market.
Now offered with fresh 6-year 2C inspection!

Why is this aircraft so unique? Among the Falcon 20 fleet, SN 474 is by far newer and lower time than virtually every other aircraft. Why? Dassault began to conclude production of the Falcon 20 series in 1982. However, with enough systems and components to satisfy additional orders, Dassault produced a handful of additional aircraft in the mid-to-late 1980’s. SN 474 was one such aircraft. It was manufactured in 1988 and placed into service in 1989 – 7 years newer than all but a few of the Falcon 20 fleet.

In addition, this aircraft has fewer than 5,700 hours, while almost the entire fleet is either approaching 10,000 hours or is already well past that mark. So if the next owner of this aircraft flies it 350-400 hours a year for the next 10 years, it would only just then begin to reach the current airframe time of the bulk of the fleet.

Then consider that this aircraft has had just 2 owners, no damage history, and has been operated for most if its life by a leading U.S. flight department (based in Ft. Worth, TX).

It also features an EFIS 86 cockpit, -5BR engines on MSP, external baggage mod, Aircell Axxess, Airshow 4000, and plenty more. With only 700 hours since refurbishment by Duncan Aviation, you’ll find the 9-passenger cabin to be attractive, comfortable and well-suited for immediate service.

N1HF delivers exceptional value in the form of an aircraft that is a generation newer than its fleet and providing its next owner an exceptional combination of features and future years of service that few, if any, can ever match.
